Fine Black

Fine Black, possibly the best available, deep black in colour, extremely homogeneous, finest structure. Ideally used where high precision and abrasion resistance is paramount.

Because of the characteristics it is often used for air bearing surfaces and high precision surface tables, squares, parallels, straight edges.
All fine black components can be lapped to extremely low tolerances.
